After the confirmation of tour or service, if there are any price hike in Highway toll, parking, taxes, fuel by Government of India, the same would be charged as extra.  

During your arrival period If there are any hike for foreigner’s entrance fee and guide fee by the Government of India, the extras will be collected. (If we include in your package costing) 

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons. South India Voyages shall not be responsible if leave or forget your belongings at the hotels, homestays and guests houses. If you request us to collect the same from the hotels and do handover the same by directly or by postal, the postal charges and travelling expenses and one day salary will be charged. 

If any natural disaster or calamities, we are not responsible for the cancellation of accommodations, transports and any other services from our side and no refund and no postponed for the same. 

We shall not be responsible for any delays of your international flight arrival at India and the transportation and accommodation cost will be charged. There is no refund or adjustment.  

We are not responsible for the changes of your hotels during your tour. No refund and no adjustment on the accommodation cost.  (If we book the same)  

For travelling insurance, you shall get the insurance policy from your country. 

We are not responsible and no refund if you cancel your tour in between in case of any sickness and emergency return to your country and any cancellation of your return flights.  

We are not responsible for your belongings damage, loss, theft during your stay at the accommodations and tour.  

The driver is normally at your disposal throughout the day. He will report early in the morning or stay back till late evening, when required. Keep him not just in service, but also alert, and in good spirits. Give him time off to eat his meals and to break for rest during long journeys. He ensures that you reach your destination in time. Set him free to arrange for his own accommodation once you reach your destination. 

Discuss with him, the time and details for your departure or city tour, the next day. Rested and well–fed, he will be back with a smile at your duty, the next morning. 

No long “night drive” more than 02hours from 19:00PM to 05:00AM – strictly prohibited for your safety. Except the departure transfers to the Airport, Railway station or Bus station for your international flights and medical emergency.
